Concept Co is seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Executive to join our team in Lower Parel West, Mumbai. As a Social Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our audience effectively. **Key Responsibilities**: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, and monitoring. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all social media channels. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, and prepare regular reports to track progress and optimize strategies. Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve social media efforts. **Requirements**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience of 2 years Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Social media marketing: 2 years (preferred) - total work: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
