**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the brand's values, goals, and target audience.
- Plan and create compelling, on-brand content for Instagram, and Facebook, including posts, stories, videos, and reels.
- Coordinate the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting schedules.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with our community, and promptly respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to plan and execute integrated social media campaigns and promotions.
- Conduct regular analysis of social media performance using analytics tools to track key metrics, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for optimization.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to amplify our brand reach and engagement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to inform strategy and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
- Proven experience of __ years in managing social media platforms for a fashion brand or relevant industry.
- In-depth knowledge of social media analytics and tracking tools, such as Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, etc.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Passion for fashion is highly desirable.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
