Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

2. Content Creation & Management:
Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, videos) for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and visuals across all platforms.

3. Campaign Management:
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

4. Engagement & Community Management:
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and handle customer inquiries promptly.

Build and nurture online communities to enhance brand loyalty.

5. Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

Prepare and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights.

6. Collaboration:
Work closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to align campaigns with overall business objectives.

Coordinate with influencers and partners for collaborations.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience of 3+ years in social media marketing or a similar role.

Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.

Expertise in tools like Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
