Job Description:
We are looking for a highly creative and motivated Social Media Executive to plan, create, and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content strategy, trend creation, client coordination, and ensuring brand presence with innovative ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategist: Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
Research & Insights: Conduct hands-on research on trending topics, audience preferences, and competitor activity.
Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule posts across various platforms to ensure consistent online presence.
Design & Grid Planning: Assist in creating visually appealing layouts and grids to maintain brand aesthetics.
Advanced Canva Skills: Design engaging creatives, stories, and posts using Canva and other design tools.
Client Coordination: Regularly communicate with clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality content.
Trend Creation: Identify and create social media trends that align with the brand's voice.
Creative Ideation: Generate fresh and innovative ideas for campaigns, reels, and posts.
Coordination with Editor: Collaborate with video/photo editors to ensure content quality and timely delivery.
Creative Reach: Work on strategies to boost engagement, visibility, and reach of creative content.
Content Calendar Planning: Plan monthly and weekly content calendars based on campaigns and marketing goals.
Content Line-Up: Organize and line up content ahead of time for seamless posting and execution.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven 2+ experience in social media marketing or a similar role
- Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Proficiency in Canva and other content creation tools
- Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique content ideas
- Up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Should be active listener
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
