**Job Title: Cisco UCCE Administrator**
**Location**: Remote
**Experience**: 6-10 Years

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and configure Cisco UCCE solutions, including components like CVP, ICM, and Finesse.
- Perform end-to-end system setup, deployment, and testing of UCCE environments.
- Manage and maintain UCCE environments, including call routing, reporting, and workforce management.
- Implement advanced features such as omnichannel communication, call recording, and analytics.
- Install and configure UCCE services like Call Manager, Router, CVP, Finesse, CUIC, and more.

**Good to Have**:

- Experience with Azure integration, including Azure Bot Services, Azure Communication Services (ACS), and Azure Event Grid.
- Ensure secure and reliable connectivity between on-premises UCCE systems and Azure cloud environments.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: ₹140,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
