**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and policies.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when necessary.
- **Customer Retention**:

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure loyalty.
- Offer solutions to retain customers considering discontinuation of services.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare detailed reports on customer feedback and recurring issues.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical support) to improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
