**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring prompt responses to their needs.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services and exceed client expectations.

Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.

Prepare and present reports on client performance, feedback, and satisfaction metrics.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.

Handle contract negotiations and renewal processes with existing clients.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve conflicts professionally.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
