**Female Sales Coordinator - Trek The Himalayas**

**We Are Hiring: Female Sales Coordinator**
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Female Sales Coordinator** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and handling administrative tasks to support business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints professionally.
- Research and generate leads to drive sales opportunities.
- Manage the sales process using CRM and other software tools.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Proactively seek new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products and services.
- Arrange meetings with potential clients and address their concerns.
- Track and report sales performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events.
- Negotiate and close deals while handling objections effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance sales performance and achieve targets.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum **3+ years of sales experience** in a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM sales software.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently.
- A positive, confident, and determined approach with resilience to handle challenges.
