**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly
- Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service excellence
- Assist in onboarding new clients and support them through the initial phases
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services
- Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports as needed
- Support the team in daily administrative and client servicing tasks

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in client relationship management or related roles
- Graduation completed or final semester students can apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work in Dehradun or relocate to Dehradun
