We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **Sales Officer** to join our team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating sales, achieving monthly and quarterly targets, developing new customer relationships, and maintaining existing accounts. This is a **target-based role**, requiring a strong ability to close deals, meet performance goals, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively promote and sell the company’s products/services to prospective customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Conduct sales visits, product presentations, and client meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a target-driven environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
