**JOB DECSRIPTION**

**Job Title (Designation) : Girls Hostel Warden**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Should be Graduate with relevant experience**:

- **Managing the students within the hostel premises and helping them at the required point of time.**:

- **Handling issues and grievances of the students.**:

- **To ensure proper documentation of all the students residing in hostel.**:

- **To ensure the maintenance of Discipline in and around the Hostel.**:

- **To help in framing policy on running of the hostel, mess and other facilities within the hostel**:

- **To ensure food and service quality at the hostel mess**:

- **To ensure no ragging takes place in the hostel**:

- **To work with administrators to ensure maintenance of facilities**:

- **Other responsibilities assigned by the concerned authority.**

**Skills Set : a) Good Communication Skills b) Capable of drafting official letters.**

**c) Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy. d) Highly organized e) Ability to multitask. f) Ability to handle pressure.**

**Experience : 1-4 years**
