**Student Welfare & Discipline**:

- Responsible for taking care of all girl students staying in the hostel.
- Ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for the students.
- Maintaining strict discipline and adherence to hostel rules.
- Reporting any student indiscipline or misbehavior to the Management/Principal.

**Hostel Administration & Maintenance**:

- Monitoring cleanliness and maintenance of the hostel premises.
- Supervising housekeeping staff and ensuring hygiene standards.
- Managing the allotment of rooms to students.
- Ensuring the availability of necessary amenities such as water, electricity, and other necessary requirement of the students.

**Academic Monitoring & Support**:

- Encouraging and supervising students’ academic progress.
- Coordinating with teachers to track students' performance.
- Ensuring students maintain a proper study routine.
- Providing necessary guidance and support to students facing academic difficulties.

**Student Attendance & Records**:

- Maintaining student attendance and leave records.
- Keeping track of students’ in and out movements with proper authorization.
- Ensuring that students follow hostel curfew timings.

**Parent & Guardian Coordination**:

- Keeping parents/guardians informed about their ward’s well-being and academic performance as and when required.
- Addressing parents' queries and concerns related to the hostel and child.
- Coordinating student visits and leaves as per hostel policy.

**Health & Safety**:

- Monitoring students’ health and arranging medical assistance if required.
- Maintaining a first-aid kit and coordinating with local medical facilities for emergencies.
- Ensuring proper nutrition and hygiene in the hostel mess.

**Counseling & Support**:

- Acting as a mentor and counselor for students.
- Addressing students' emotional and psychological well-being.
- Promoting a positive and disciplined hostel culture.

**Event & Activity Coordination**:

- Organizing recreational and cultural activities for students.
- Encouraging students' participation in extracurricular activities.
- Ensuring hostel celebrations and events are conducted smoothly.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
