**Job Title (Designation) : Girls Hostel Warden**

**Job Responsibilities**:

- **Should be Graduate with relevant experience**
- **Managing the students within the hostel premises and helping them at the required point of**

**time.**
- **Handling issues and grievances of the students.**
- **To ensure proper documentation of all the students residing in hostel.**
- **To ensure the maintenance of Discipline in and around the Hostel.**
- **To help in framing policy on running of the hostel, mess and other facilities within the hostel**
- **To ensure food and service quality at the hostel mess**
- **To ensure no ragging takes place in the hostel**
- **To work with administrators to ensure maintenance of facilities**
- **Other responsibilities assigned by the concerned authority.
**Skills Set : a) Good Communication Skills**
**b) Capable of drafting official letters.**

**c) Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.**
**d) Highly organized**
**e) Ability to multitask.**
**f) Ability to handle pressure.
**Experience : 1-4 years**
