Sales Return updating with Client, Accounts department.
- Update Daily Order Confirmation Sheet.
- Update Order Dispatch Confirmation Sheet.
- MIS report to be submitted as assigned on regular basis.
- Attending Meeting on compulsory basis.
REPORTS:
Pending & Open Order Sheet (Weekly Basis) (Directors, Sales
Manager).
Order Confirmation Sheet (Daily Basis) mail to customers and
cc to Director and Department Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Dispatch Confirmation Sheet - for records
Master Order Confirmation Sheet (Daily Basis) (Directors,
Department Manager).

Updating of pending order status to clients on regular basis (E - mail
- if order date is further extended).
- Generate necessary documents according to client request before
actual dispatch ( I.e. Packing list)
- M aster Order Confirmation Sheet to be updated on a daily basis
- 100% with all columns & to be submitted to Director & Department
Manager.
- Prices to be confirmed with quotation or last dispatch before
entering rates into Master Order Confirmation Sheet.
- Atte nd ERP training and process relevant entries.
- All Orders to be planned on daily basis.
- Co - ordinate with clients for Order received from our customers on
its arrival.
- Confirm with client for e - mail orders regards to grade, description,
size, rate, dimension, price/price difference & mode of transport if
missing.
- Tracking of all pending orders about its timely delivery & same has
to be updated on Master Order Confirmation Sheet.
- Coordination with transport s t ock and provide LR details to the
customer.
- Getting feedback form filled from customer on quarterly basis after
completion of order.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
