About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Order Processing Executive to manage the smooth transfer of order data from our CRM system into our ERP software. This person will play a key role in ensuring that every order received from the sales team is entered correctly, completely, and on time — without any errors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter customer order details from the CRM into the ERP system accurately and promptly.
  • Verify that all product, pricing, quantity, and customer information matches the CRM before confirming entries.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for any missing or unclear order details.
  • Double-check all entries to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Generate and share order confirmation reports or summaries when required.
  • Maintain proper digital records of orders and updates in both systems.
  • Support the accounts and dispatch teams by ensuring all order data is clear and updated.
Requirements
  • Good computer literacy and typing accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP or CRM software (training will be provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to manage repetitive data tasks with speed and consistency.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams.
  • Minimum education: Graduate or equivalent.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with data entry or order processing in jewellery, manufacturing, or retail industries.
  • Familiarity with Zoho, SmartJewel (Gati), or any other ERP/CRM platform.
