Order Processing Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Order Processor to join our team. In this role, you will handle the end-to-end processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Management**:

- Receive, review, and process customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Verify order details, including quantities, pricing, and shipping information.
- **Inventory Coordination**:

- Check stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse team to fulfill orders.
- Update inventory records and notify relevant teams of stock shortages or discrepancies.
- **Communication**:

- Liaise with customers to confirm order details, provide updates, and address inquiries.
- Work with internal departments, including sales and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing.
- **Shipping & Fulfillment**:

- Prepare and issue shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips.
- Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any delays or issues.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and customer information.
- Generate and share order-related reports as needed.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business or Supply Chain is a plus.
- Proven experience in order processing, customer service, or a related role.
- Proficiency in using order management systems and tools like ERP or CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,708.06 - ₹34,003.21 per month
