**Job Title**: Order Processing Executive
- Fasteners / Manufacturing
**Location**: Masjid - Mumbai
**Experience Required**: 4+ years
**Qualification**: Graduate (Mechanical Engineer preferred)

**Employment Type**: Full-time, On-site

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage order processing from receipt to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and dispatch teams to plan order execution.
- Review stock levels, quantities, and pricing before confirming orders.
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding order status, LR details, and dispatch updates.
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth material flow.
- Handle order acknowledgments, documentation, and MIS reporting.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Maintain and update order records in the system accurately.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in order processing, preferably in the **fasteners or manufacturing** sector.
- Graduate; **Mechanical Engineering background preferred.**:

- Strong understanding of order management, logistics, and coordination processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and order management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management, multitasking, and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
