About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Order Processing Executive
to join our
Order Processing Cell
, a centralized function supporting operations across
East Africa, West Africa, South Africa, and New Territories
. This role is key to managing end-to-end order processing, from handling customer orders in
SAP
to coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely, accurate, and seamless execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in being the vital link between
Sales, Procurement, Logistics
, and
Customer Service
—driving efficiency and excellence at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain customer master data in SAP.
  • Process Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Credit Control, and Logistics for smooth order flow.
  • Track orders and share updates with Sales and Business Heads.
  • Lodge and follow up on customer complaints for timely resolution.
  • Monitor critical issues (e.g., shipment delays, demurrage risks) and escalate as needed.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce or Business Administration.
  • 2–4 years of experience in order processing or sales coordination.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
