**Designation: Order Processing Executive**

Bikester Global is a Multiband retail and ecommerce store for Motorcycle Riding Gear like Helmets, Jackets, Gloves and other Accessories.

**Job Summary**: As an Order Processing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of our products from inventory to the hands of our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory levels, processing online orders efficiently, and maintaining strong relationships with our vendors.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Inventory Management
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
- Implement and optimize inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies
- Order Processing
- Process online orders promptly and accurately using our inventory management system.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
- Resolve order-related issues and discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
- Vendor Management
- Collaborate with vendors to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely deliveries.
- Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate terms for improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 1 year of Previous operations experience required.
- Proven experience in inventory management, order processing, and vendor management.
- Decision making and delivering results.
- Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets is a must.

**Remuneration**: Rs. 20000 - Rs. 25000 per month

**Job Location**: Malad West

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
