**Position Overview**: The Dispatch Executive at Dham Fasteners will be responsible for managing and coordinating the dispatch of our fastener products. This role requires effective communication and organizational skills to ensure timely and accurate delivery, as well as maintaining high standards of customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dispatch Coordination**:

- Schedule and plan dispatches based on customer orders and delivery requirements.
- Assign delivery tasks to drivers and monitor their progress to ensure timely deliveries.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for drivers, addressing any issues or concerns during their routes.
- Communicate with clients regarding delivery schedules, delays, and any other pertinent information.
- **Operational Efficiency**:

- Utilize dispatch software and GPS tracking systems to monitor vehicle locations and delivery progress.
- Ensure all dispatch activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Address any delivery issues, delays, or disruptions promptly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement contingency plans to handle unexpected challenges.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including delivery logs, driver reports, and any incident reports.
- Prepare regular reports on dispatch performance, delivery times, and any operational issues.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional service to clients by ensuring their orders are delivered accurately and on time.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and responsive manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
