**Role Summary**: We are looking for a dynamic LMS Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing access to the Zell Learning Management System (LMS). You will closely work with the Products and Customer Success teams to ensure that the students have a smooth functioning LMS.

**Primary responsibilities**:

- Creating new accounts for newly enrolled users/ checking if automation of account creation is successful.
- Setting/updating validity for students.
- Ensuring that students are enrolled in the courses signed up for.
- Ensuring that students are grouped into their respective lecture batches.
- Suspending LMS access for students with more than 60 days of inactivity.
- Unsuspending LMS accounts for students based on requests and eligibility.
- Creating lecture links on Zoom and ensuring the same is updated on LMS.
- Updating course content on LMS from theProducts team.
- Interacting with the NOVAC team for issue resolution or troubleshooting.
- Uploading lecture recordings from Vimeo onto LMS.
- Assisting and supporting the CS team with LMS-related issues.
- Generating LMS reports (Attendance, Unit test, Mocks, etc)
- Coordinating with LMS Vendor regarding feature updates.
- Identifying process gaps and building action plans to bridge the gaps

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
