**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Monitoring & Maintenance**:

- Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of all computer systems, including hardware, software, and networking equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, software updates, and system checks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues that arise in the computer systems.
- **Inventory & Order Management**:

- Manage and update digital records of raw materials, finished jewelry pieces, and finished product stock levels using inventory management software.
- Ensure that inventory data is accurate and up-to-date, minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Assist in processing customer orders, tracking production timelines, and ensuring timely delivery.
- **Data Entry & Report Generation**:

- Input and maintain accurate records for sales, production, and supplier data.
- Generate regular reports (e.g., sales, stock levels, production output) for management and other departments.
- Assist in analyzing trends in sales and inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
- **Security & Data Backup**:

- Implement data security protocols to protect sensitive business and customer data.
- Regularly back up system data to prevent loss of crucial information.
- **Coordination with Other Departments**:

- Collaborate with the design, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth information flow and support decision-making.
- Provide technical support for any department that needs help with computer systems or software.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and jewelry management software (e.g., Jewelsoft, QuickBooks for inventory management).
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with various departments.
- Prior experience in a similar role in a retail or manufacturing environment (jewelry experience a plus).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
