- Ensure smooth operation of all computer-based operations and equipment.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to computers and software.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks like checking system logs, backing up data, etc.
- Monitor the performance of servers and workstations.
- Assist in system updates and software installations.
- Follow established procedures for data entry, file management, and system maintenance.
- Support other team members with various computer-related tasks.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of information stored in computer systems.
- Report technical issues or problems to senior IT staff or management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Education**:

- A Bachelor's degree a related field (or equivalent experience).
