**Job description**

**ROLES AND REPONSIBILITIES**
- Establish and Maintain Excel database, filing system, frequently backup, and digital database to store data.

**Ability to manage and maintain office ( MS Word, MS Excel,)**
- Creating and exporting, documents, back up and data reports as necessary.
- Monitoring everyday work and maintain all the entries, day to day business transactions like sale, purchase, payment, receipts invoices, PO invoices etc.
- Prepare and perform tasks specified by the instruction/ process recorded and regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Verify and update existing data by comparing it to source documents.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry.
- Manage and maintain databases by editing, deleting, or modifying information in accordance with established procedures.
- Check and verify the accuracy of all documents and information and notifying the supervisor of any mistakes or discrepancies.
- Co-ordinate and reporting with supervisor and department staffs and management.
