**Roles and Responsibility**
- Monitor everyday work and maintain all the entries, day to day business transactions like Sale, purchase, payment, receipts, invoices, PO invoices etc.
- Manage and database monitoring, review, and error or consistency correction.
- Manage and maintain databases by editing, deleting, or modifying information in accordance with established procedures.
- Co-ordinate and Reporting with Supervisors and Department Staffs and Management.
- Complete assigned tasks within the provided timeline, ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor the gauges, dials, or other indications to ensure the operation of a computer is accurate.
- Prepare and perform tasks specified by the instructions/ process recorded and regular backups to ensure data preservation.

**Skills**
- Good communication skills and excellent typing speed.
- Ability to manage and maintain databases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS power point, MS Access).
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP and Basic Formulas).

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: 12th/Bachelor’s degree a related field preferred
- **Experience**:Minimum experience 2-3years of experience
- **Employment type**:Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
