**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the sales strategy for container homes across B2B, B2C, and institutional segments.
- Identify and engage potential customers including real estate developers, tourism operators, NGOs, government agencies, and private buyers.
- Build partnerships with architects, interior designers, and influencers in the construction and lifestyle space.
- Generate leads through exhibitions, trade shows, online platforms, and cold outreach.
- Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align sales pitches with product capabilities.
- Provide market feedback to help refine product features, pricing models, and promotional strategies.
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for the senior management.
- Hire, train, and manage a small team as the vertical grows.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and post-sales journey.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong consultative selling skills and negotiation abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in launching or scaling new products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of container design and customization.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in real estate, prefab/modular housing
- Prior experience in launching a new product/vertical is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
