**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential and commercial segments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, and homeowners
- Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings
- Prepare and present customized quotes and proposals
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer support
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and product developments
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in building materials, windows, or related sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent in Excel
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
