**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inquiries and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for potential buyers.
- Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for bookings, documentation, and client support.
- Maintain and update CRM records of leads, calls, and visits.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and customer-focused.
- Own vehicle preferred for site visits.
