**Position Summary**:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with clients in your designated territory. You will identify new business opportunities, present our products/services, and close sales to achieve targets. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM software.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and share customer feedback.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
