**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, referrals, digital campaigns, and other sources.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with potential buyers.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable apartment options.
- Maintain a strong follow-up system for interested leads.
- Build long-term client relationships through trust and performance.
- Negotiate deals and close sales efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales service.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- 12th+ Pass or above
- 0-3 years of experience in sales; **real estate/apartment sales preferred.**:

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in local languages and English is a plus.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays (If required).
