**Job Title**: Food & Beverage Captain

**Department**: Food & Beverage Service

**Position Overview**:
The **F&B Captain** plays a key role in leading the service team, ensuring smooth restaurant or outlet operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role demands leadership, attention to detail, and strong communication to uphold service standards across various F&B outlets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the F&B service team.
- Greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely and professional service.
- Assign duties and monitor performance of stewards and servers.
- Ensure all tables and service areas are clean, properly set, and well-stocked.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth order flow and service.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, grooming, and safety standards.
- Assist in training new staff and guiding them on service procedures.
- Maintain billing accuracy and proper cash/credit handling.
- Support special events, banquets, or outlet promotions as required.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- 2+ years of F&B service experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Hands-on knowledge of POS systems and restaurant service etiquette.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
