**Job Title**: F&B Captain
**Location**: Mumbai, Andheri East

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and guide the service staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Welcome and interact with guests to provide excellent customer service.
- Take and confirm orders while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Train and mentor stewards to maintain service standards.
- Address guest concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff for smooth service execution.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Manage table reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management and stock requisition.

**Requirements**:

- **2-4 years** of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
