**Job Description: F&B Captain - Magnus Hotels and Serviced Apartments**

Reports to: Restaurant Manager

Summary:
The F&B Captain is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of customer service, and coordinating with the service team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. This role also includes assisting with staff training, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining the quality of food and beverages served in line with Magnus Hotels' standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead the restaurant team during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure that all guests are served efficiently and courteously, providing a memorable dining experience.
- Coordinate between the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Assist in menu planning, updates, and recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and motivate junior staff in proper service techniques and company standards.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards within the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring availability for service.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of special events, promotions, and private dining requests.
- Maintain records of sales, guest preferences, and feedback to continuously improve service.
- Perform opening and closing duties of the restaurant as required.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality, preferably within a hotel or serviced apartments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and cocktail service.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
