F&b Captain

As the F&B Captain you would be responsible to:
1. Always greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.

2. Always thank and give fond farewell to guests conveying anticipation for their next visit.

3. Assist guest with table reservation.

4. Assist guest while seating.

5. Ensure guest are serviced within specified time.

6. Have a good knowledge of menuand Brand presentation standards.

7. Speak with guests and staff using clear and professional language, and answer phone calls using appropriate telephone etiquette.

8. Able to answer any questions regarding menu and assist with menu selections.

9. Able to answer any questions about the brand.

10. Able to anticipate any unexpected guest need and reacts promptly and tactfully.

12. Serve food coursesand beverages to guests.

13. Settables according to type of event and service standards.

14. Record orders in Point of Sales systems at the time of order and have a good knowledge on POS system.

15. Have a good knowledge about the merchandise items to offer it to the customers.

16. Know about our Monthly artist of the month. Artist info and selling price of art work.

17. Should be aware about the Monthly Hiring charges for the “Artist of the month wall” and Community shelfs.

18. Communicatewith the kitchen regarding any menu questions, the length of wait and product availability.

19. Communicate guest additional, meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests if any to the kitchen team.

20. Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and beverages.

21. Responsible for clearing, collecting and returning food and beverage items to proper area.

22. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, CCGL, etc. throughout the shift.

23. Present accurate final bill to guest and process payment.

24. Perform shift closing on the Point of sales terminal and tally cash and creditcard settlements. Generate DSR and petty cash report.

25. Assist RM to generate month closing reports.

26. Ensures that the restaurant is always kept clean and organized, both at the front as well as the back of house areas.

27. Have a good knowledge about the brand standards and SOPs and make sure they are implemented all the time.

28. Work with fellow staffs and RM to ensure that the restaurant achieves its full potential.

29. Completes the daily responsibilities that are set for each individual shift.

30. Follow the work flow checklist to make sure all the work is done as per the management standards as soon as you report on duty.

31. Complete closing duties, including restocking items, dessert and beverage inventory, turning off lights and make sure the main shutter and all access points are securely locked before calling it a day.

32. Conducts inventorychecks every 15 days of CCGL, packaging materials, housekeeping material and staff uniforms.

33. Take an active role in training and developing junior staff.

34. Having an eye for detail.

35. Suggestions in improvising the product or service whenever required.

36. Suggestions in developing a new beverage menu.

37. Any other duties related to food and beverage service assigned by the manager.

Experience: Atleast 1 year as an F&B Captain.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Dadar, Mumbai - 400028, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- F&B Captain: 1 year (preferred)
