**Job Title: Shift In-Charge - Electrical**

**Qualifications : ITI/ Diploma - EEE/ECE**

**Salary : 10k - 12k**

As the Shift In-Charge - Electrical, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance activities during your designated shift. You will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems and equipment. Key responsibilities include:
**1. Leadership and Supervision**:

- Lead a team of electrical technicians and maintenance personnel during your shift.
- Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure that work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

**2. Electrical Maintenance**:

- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule preventive maintenance activities and equipment shutdowns as needed.

**3. Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure that all electrical work is carried out in accordance with relevant safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety among team members.
- Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

**4. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment documentation.
- Generate shift reports detailing work performed, equipment status, and any issues encountered.
- Communicate effectively with management and other stakeholders to provide updates on maintenance activities and equipment status.

**5. Training and Development**:

- Provide training and mentorship to electrical technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in electrical maintenance.
