**Job Title: Mechanical Shift In-Charge**

**Qualification : ITI / Diploma - Mech**

**Salary : 10k-12k**

**FRESHER CANDIDATES PREFERRED**

**1. Leadership and Supervision**:

- Lead and supervise a team of mechanical technicians and maintenance personnel during your shift.
- Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to established procedures.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster their professional development.

**2. Mechanical Maintenance**:

- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule preventive maintenance activities and equipment shutdowns as needed.

**3. Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure that all mechanical work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety and awareness among team members.
- Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

**4. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of mechanical maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment documentation.
- Generate shift reports detailing work performed, equipment status, and any issues encountered.
- Communicate effectively with management and other stakeholders to provide updates on maintenance activities and equipment performance.

**5. Training and Development**:

- Provide training and mentorship to mechanical technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in mechanical maintenance.
