**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage all production activities within the diaper manufacturing facility.
- Coordinate with the planning department to ensure production schedules are met efficiently.
- Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to achieve optimal performance and meet production targets.
- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
- Collaborate with quality control personnel to ensure that products meet the required quality standards.
- Analyze production data and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Communicate effectively with other departments such as maintenance, logistics, and procurement to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, including production metrics, inventory levels, and personnel performance evaluations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. (preferred)
- Proven experience in a production management role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in diaper manufacturing or related consumer goods.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of production staff.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment used in diaper production.
- Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards applicable to manufacturing operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer software for production planning and reporting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands.
