**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Laboratory Testing**: Perform a wide range of chemical, physical, and microbiological tests on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished food products to assess their quality, safety, and compliance with specifications.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor product quality, ensuring consistency and compliance with food safety standards, regulatory guidelines (FDA, USDA, etc.), and internal company standards.
- **Prepare Samples and Solutions**: Accurately prepare samples, reagents, and solutions for analysis, and ensure proper calibration of laboratory equipment.
- **Troubleshoot Analytical Equipment**: Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of lab equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues related to the analysis.
- **Compliance with Safety Standards**: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines (e.g., OSHA, GMP).
- **Collaborate with R&D and Production**: Work closely with the Research and Development (R&D) team to develop new products or optimize existing formulations. Provide data for product innovation and improvements.
