3. Ability to address customer complaints, or other issues with

products or services.

4. Flexible enough to meet the needs of your diverse customer base

5. Sales skill for conversion will be an added advantage.

6. Excellent judgment and decision making skills.

7. Good mathematical Skills.

8. High attention to details

9. Active listener / good listening / Comprehension ability.

10. Willingness to work in rotational shifts and willing to work on

holidays basis business requirements.

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- International voice process: 1 year (required)
