**Job Overview**:We are seeking a reliable and proactive Executive Assistant to support the day-to-day operations and strategic tasks of the business owner This role demands high levels of coordination, discretion, and ownership Ideal for women professionals looking to reenter the workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Executive Support**
- Act as the right hand to the business owner for daily operations
- Manage scheduling, follow ups, and coordination of internal meetings
- Maintain organized records, notes, and correspondence for the owner

**Team Management Coordination**
- Oversee daily operations and team productivity
- Allocate tasks effectively to the team and monitor progress
- Ensure internal communication and timelines are maintained

**Operational Oversight**
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist in managing projects, tracking deliverables, and reporting progress
- Handle urgent or time sensitive assignments with mínimal supervision

**Experience**
- Minimum 3 4 years in an administrative, operations, or executive support role
- Prior experience managing team schedules or supporting leadership preferred

**Qualifications Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not mandatory if backed by strong experience
- Comfortable with task tracking or simple project management tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent English verbal and written communication
- Discretion, reliability, and a proactive mindset
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently and efficiently
