Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Engagement:
Actively promote and sell our wide range of pet-related products and services, including fresh meals, bakery items, clothing, accessories, and boarding.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including reaching out to pet owners, local businesses, and community organizations.

Engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend appropriate products and services, and close sales effectively.

Maintain a strong understanding of the café's offerings to confidently answer customer inquiries and provide tailored recommendations.

Customer Service & Relationship Building:
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for both pets and owners.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with regular customers and pet owners, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Product Promotion & Marketing:
Assist with in-store and online promotional campaigns to increase visibility of our pet meals, bakery items, birthday cakes, and accessories.

Promote special deals, events, and new product launches to drive sales.

Participate in local pet events, fairs, or community activities to raise awareness of the café and its offerings.

Sales Reporting & Targets:
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.

Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to help refine sales strategies.

Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of popular items.

Qualifications:
Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail, food service, or pet industry environment.

Strong passion for pets and understanding of pet owners’ needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Basic knowledge of pet nutrition, products, and services is a plus.

How to Apply:
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
