**Scope/Accountabilities of the role**:

- Responsible for Group Reporting, Treasury & Cash Management, Debt Facilities, Risk

Management and Audits, Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance, Insurance, Contract Management
and Terms of Trade & Accounting Projects & Analysis
- Execute financial strategy
Competencies/ Key attributes
- Fluent in EXCEL, Google

Sheet, Powerpoint and ERP
system
- Team player - Good communication

**Target Profile**:

- Age : 35 - 40 yrs
- Education : CA
- Experience **:10-15 years’ experience with majority in Real Estate industry.**

Experience in listed company will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹2,050,356.66 per year
