The Sales & Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth and profitability of the company by effectively promoting and selling its products or services. This role involves a combination of sales and marketing activities to achieve targets, build brand awareness, and maintain strong customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Activities**:
Identify and target potential clients or customers through market research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.

Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions to potential clients.

Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.

**Marketing Activities**:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows to reach target audiences.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.

**Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues.
Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve customer problems and ensure a positive experience.

**Sales Reporting and Analysis**:Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, including sales forecasts, lead conversion rates, and ROI on marketing initiatives.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
