1. Sales Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and convert them into customers.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and sales pitches.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep records of sales activities and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth delivery of products or services.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

2. Marketing Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.
  • Develop creative marketing content for social media, email, and advertising materials.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitors.
  • Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, social media, and online ads.
  • Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and brand awareness programs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports.
  • Maintain the company's brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Suggest new marketing ideas and strategies to improve brand visibility and sales.

3. Key Skills Required
