**Job Title: Sales Executive - E-Rickshaw & E-Bike

**Location**: RAIPUR Chhattisgarh, India

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Company Overview**:We are a leading Distributor of eco-friendly electric vehicles, including e-rickshaws of **ROKET EV (Manufactured by Hero Motors Company)** and e-bikes.

Our mission is to promote sustainable transportation solutions and contribute to a cleaner environment. We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our market presence in Chhattisgarh.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Development**: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territories within Chhattisgarh through networking, cold calling, and attending trade shows.
**Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
**Market Research**: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive products, and potential customers while understanding the needs of the local market.
**Product Demonstrations**: Arrange and conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of e-rickshaws and e-bikes to various stakeholders, including dealers and end-users.
**Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, preparing regular sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional activities that will enhance our visibility and attract customers.
**Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback on product performance and market conditions, providing insights to the management team for product improvements.
**Training**: Educate customers about product features, benefits, and financing options, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.

**Qualifications:*- Any Bachelor's degree. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sustainable transportation.
Knowledge of the local market in Chhattisgarh is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
