Counter Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers at the counter in a professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and maintain sales records.
- Ensure product displays are attractive and well-organized.
- Maintain stock levels and coordinate with inventory team for replenishment.
- Meet daily/weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely and efficiently.
- Keep the counter and store area neat and clean.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Experience in retail, electronics, FMCG, or showroom sales preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and billing software.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
