Job Title: Silo Sales Executive

Job Overview: The Silo Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling silo storage solutions to clients in industries such as cement, agriculture, food processing, and other sectors that require bulk material storage. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and achieving sales targets for silo products and related services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation: Actively prospect new clients and develop leads for silo products and solutions, targeting industries such as cement, agriculture, and food processing.

2. Product Knowledge: Provide in-depth knowledge and demonstrations of silo products, including storage capacity, material types, and design specifications to meet client needs.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business opportunities.

4. Prepare Sales Proposals: Prepare detailed, customized sales proposals, presentations, and quotations based on customer requirements.

5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, aiming to close sales and meet monthly or quarterly sales targets.

6. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends. Stay up-to-date on competitor offerings and industry developments.

7. After-Sales Support: Provide technical support and coordinate with the project management and installation teams to ensure proper execution of silo installation projects.

8. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and maintenance of silo systems.

9. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates. Submit regular sales reports and performance metrics.

10. Attend Trade Shows and Conferences: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote silo products and generate leads.

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably within industrial sectors such as cement, manufacturing, or agriculture.

2. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of silo storage systems, materials, and related products. Technical knowledge of silo construction, features, and benefits is a plus.

3. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and present complex information.

4. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients while maintaining profitability.

5. Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer loyalty.

6. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns and tailor solutions to meet specific requirements.

7. Time Management: Efficient at managing multiple sales opportunities and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and targets.

8. Proficiency in MS Office & CRM Tools: Proficient in using office software (MS Office, Excel) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Previous experience in sales, especially in industrial products or solutions, is preferred.

The Silo Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving business growth, establishing the company’s products in the market, and ensuring that clients receive tailored, high-quality silo solutions.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
