We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to manage sales and assist customers at the store counter. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers at the counter in a professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly.
  • Handle billing, cash transactions, and maintain sales records.
  • Ensure product displays are attractive and well-organized.
  • Maintain stock levels and coordinate with inventory team for replenishment.
  • Meet daily/weekly sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints politely and efficiently.
  • Keep the counter and store area neat and clean.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
  • Experience in retail, electronics, FMCG, or showroom sales preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and billing software.
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
