Job Description: Sales Executive - Travel Services Company

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Sales Executive** to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our range of travel services, including corporate travel, transportation solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Client Acquisition**:

- Identify potential clients and build a robust sales pipeline through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Reach out to individuals and organizations to introduce our travel services and understand their needs.
- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Promote and sell travel packages, transportation solutions, and corporate travel services.
- Develop customized proposals and quotations to meet client requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and provide exceptional service.
- **Market Research**:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve service offerings.
- **Administrative and Reporting Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of travel services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Travel, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
