Role Overview:

We are looking for a Warehouse Store Manager with proven experience in material handling, inward–outward processes, and dispatch management. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, smooth material movement, and ensuring timely dispatches to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Material Inward & Verification:
  • Receive material from vendors, check quantity and quality as per bill/challan.
  • Verify brand authenticity and ensure no damage/shortage.
  • Material Outward & Dispatch:
  • Prepare and check dispatches against sales orders/invoices.
  • Coordinate with transporters for timely delivery.
  • Ensure packaging is safe, especially for power tools and fragile safety equipment.
  • Stock Management:
  • Maintain proper stock records in system/manual.
  • Conduct daily counting and monthly stock audits.
  • Prevent stock mismatch and pilferage.
  • Store Organization:
  • Systematic stacking of abrasives, welding consumables, safety equipment, and power tools for easy identification and retrieval.
  • Implement FIFO/LIFO methods where applicable.
  • Reporting & Coordination:
  • Report daily inward/outward and stock levels to management.
  • Coordinate with sales team for urgent dispatches and availability.
  • Compliance & Safety:
  • Ensure warehouse safety practices (fire safety, PPE usage, safe handling of heavy tools/machines).
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse.
  • Team Supervision (if applicable):
  • Oversee helpers/loaders.
  • Assign tasks and ensure timely execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹28,000.00 per month
